Susan Rosko-Thomas

As an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker, Susan has over 30 years experience in the Baltimore-Washington residential and commercial real estate industry. She is also a Business Broker and President of Dill & Thomas Enterprises, LLC, a property management and consulting company. She owned and operated her own real estate brokerage, Susan Rosko & Associates, for many years before being acquired by O'Connor, Piper & Flynn and subsequently Coldwell Banker. In addition to serving the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, she is also an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Deep Creek Realty in Western Maryland.

Susan specializes in representing buyers, tenants, owners and landlords in the leasing and sale of office, retail and industrial properties. During her career, she has represented numerous companies on a regional and national level. Susan is responsible for the sale and leasing of property in the Baltimore/Washington region, with a specialization in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor and Southwest Baltimore. Her intent remains to genuinely create a win-win environment for all parties. She and her team have the knowledge and expertise to meet challenges with creative, workable solutions.

Susan was Chair of the Commission for Women in Anne Arundel County by appointment of the County Executive and also a member of the Anne Arundel County Land Planning Use and Focus Group. She was also involved with the grass roots development of the Northern Anne Arundel County Cultural Arts Center in Brooklyn Park. She is currently serving on the Commercial Forms Committee of MRIS of the Anne Arundel Board of Realtors, and is also a past President of the Women's Council of Realtors, RPAC & Member Services & Grievance Committees. In addition, she served on the Glen Burnie Town Center Committee.

Currently, she serves on the Board of Hospice of the Chesapeake and just completed a fundraising campaign to reach Baltimore Washington Medical Center's goal to raise funds for the construction of a new wing & tower. She has been immersed in the development and renaissance of the BWI-Arundel Mills Aerotropolis, as well as Baltimore's Inner Harbor... both commercially and residentially.
